mridved.com is a blog about agriculture and horticulture — growing things, and the practical knowledge that goes into doing it well.
The plan is straightforward: write about what I’m learning, as I learn it. Crops and the reasoning behind choosing one over another. Soil, and what actually keeps it alive. Planting, pruning, irrigation, harvest timing, and the small decisions that separate a good season from a wasted one. Some of what appears here will come from practice, some from reading and note-taking, and some of it will be questions I haven’t answered yet. I’d rather write those down honestly than pretend to a certainty I don’t have.
This is a new site, so there isn’t much of an archive yet. It will fill out as I go.
